QUOTE
We’ll discuss your ideas, and I’ll provide input, a quote, and a project overview so you can decide whether to proceed. A deposit is required to secure your commission.
PRICING
As a guide, commissions are typically priced between AUD $2,000–4,000 per square metre, reflecting the time required to create each piece and the materials selected. Some techniques and processes I use are more labour-intensive than others, and some materials are more costly than others.
Commissions that are smaller or larger than one square metre are priced proportionally.
Most three-dimensional works follow the same approach, as I often weave them flat before shaping them into sculptural forms.
DESIGN
Once the commission is confirmed, I develop the design through small models, sketches, colour studies, and material sampling. Your feedback is always welcome, and changes can still be made at this stage before the making begins.
MAKING
I begin creating the work and provide updates throughout the process.
COMPLETION & DELIVERY
When the piece is finished, I’ll share final images before arranging collection, delivery, or installation. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Shipping is by DHL.
LEAD TIMES
Lead times vary depending on the scale and complexity of the work. As a guide, a highly detailed woven artwork of approximately 1 m² typically takes about 6 weeks from commencement to completion.
